The first restaurant, Trattoria Little Italy, opened on Italyanskaya Street on March 1, 2012. This is a restaurant with an Italian spirit, a Venetian interior, and classic Italian recipes created by the century-old history of the Mediterranean.
After Little Italy, in late 2012, Mirco opened Romeo's with a large pastry shop near the Mariinsky Theatre. This was followed by Arancino on Malaya Konyushennaya, opposite the Kazan Cathedral, in the heart of historic St. Petersburg. And the last project was the Mircuccio, an osteria with an Italian atmosphere, a warm interior, and original dishes.
"Italian cuisine is boundless for me, as it is very unique in various regions, from the Italian Alps to Sicily. Representing Italian cuisine in Russia, for me, as for every Italian, it is important to put love into creating a gastronomic masterpiece so that the customer gets a freshly prepared dish in a modern and appetising serving of high-quality products."
